Historical sailboat "Lībava"

Historical sailboat “Lībava” is an authentic copy of a 17th century recreational boat built after the sample of Dutch shallow draft Herren yachts.  Three centuries ago such boats were common in almost all royal fleet and were used for recreation of aristocrats and confirmation of their high status.

Every summer sailboat goes to Jūrmala, a popular resort by the Gulf of Riga. Here captain Anatoliy Molkanov and his team offers all sea romance admirers to join in an unforgettable tour in the Baltic Sea. “Lībava” can accommodate up to 40 passengers and offers to go on a trip along the most beautiful places of river Lielupe and Jūrmala city. Guests can try their hand in hoisting sails and steering wheel of a sailboat. All the trip will be accompanied by a beautiful music and unforgettable romance.  The grand finale of the tour is an exciting firing from an ancient cannon.
