Dzintari Concert Hall, in collaboration with Jūrmala Art School, invites you to the exhibition “Winter Symphony” featuring works by the school’s students in the Chamber Hall.

Exhibition "1+1+1=1" at Jūrmala Museum
- 13.November - 18.May
- Jūrmala Museum
- Tirgoņu iela 29
The exhibition "1+1+1=1" Sloka + Ķemeri + Riga Jurmala District = Jurmala is dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the city of Jurmala.
We consider 11 November 1959 to be the birthday of Jūrmala, when the city of Jūrmala was founded by merging the Jūrmala district of Riga, Slokas and Ķemeri. In celebration of the 65th anniversary of the City of Jurmala, the exhibition focuses on the period after the Second World War and before the founding of Jurmala, from 1944 to the early 1960s. The main idea of the exhibition is to provide an insight into the pre- and post-unification period and to find out how the lives of the inhabitants were affected after the founding of Latvia's largest resort town.
