Jurmala offers bicycle lanes along the city's cobbled streets, forest paths and seacoast line. We prepared several cycle routes along the city special for you. Enloy!
The starting and finishing point of the 12-kilometer-long route "Majori-Bulduri" is the Jūrmala Tourism Information Center at Lienes Street 5. On the way you can see Majori Square with a fountain and the environmental object "Jūrmala's white seagull", the seaside sculpture “The Turtle”, the Sea Pavilion, Dzintari Concert Hall, Jūrmala Globe, relax in the Dzintari forest park or even climb its observation tower.
The 25-kilometer cycle route "Majori-Kauguri" starts and ends in Majori. Its twists and turns give you the opportunity to get to know Kaugurciems, one of the oldest parts of Jūrmala, where authentical fishermen’s houses can still be seen. The way back will take you along the beach. You will be able to catch your breath in Melluži Park, where the restored beautiful shell of the Melluži open-air stage is worth a visit.
A new bicycle path leads from Jaunķemeri beach to the historic Ķemeri resort park and Ķemeri water tower, as well as several nature trails.
