Due to the red warning for extreme weather issued by the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre for 22 and 23 August, the Jūrmala Color Run scheduled for 23 August has been postponed until 30 August 2026.

The decision was made in cooperation with the responsible authorities and Jūrmala Municipality following a careful assessment of the current weather conditions and potential risks to the safety of participants, visitors, organisers and the services involved in the event.

Information for registered participants

All existing registrations will be transferred automatically to 30 August. No further action is required – registrations and purchased tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

Updated information about the programme, race number collection, event arrangements and other practical changes will be sent to registered participants by email and published at www.baltijasmaratoni.lv.

If you are unable to participate on 30 August

Registration may be transferred free of charge to:

• the 2027 Jūrmala Color Run;
• any other sporting event organised by Balticmarathons.
