This summer, Jūrmala offers a varied selection of day and residential camps for school-age children and young people. The programmes range from creative and educational activities to language learning, sport, science, outdoor recreation and themed adventures. Many camps also make use of Jūrmala’s greatest advantages – the beach, pine forests and the city’s active recreation facilities.

For international families spending the summer in Jūrmala, we have compiled a selection of camps where the programme is conducted in English or where English is available as one of the working languages. The camps cater to different age groups and offer both short themed sessions and longer summer programmes. Dates, fees, format and availability vary, so families are encouraged to contact the organisers directly before applying.

Adventure Laboratory — 22–26 June and 24–28 August 2026
A programme for curious and creative children featuring mysteries, puzzles, tasks, adventure quests and games.

Around the World — 29 June–3 July and 3–7 August 2026
Children discover different countries, traditions, national dishes, characters and costumes through creativity, music and games.

Harry Potter — 6–10 July 2026
A Harry Potter–themed week within the camp’s wider programme of creative, educational and active activities.

Mafia — 13–17 July and 17–21 August 2026
A themed programme featuring the discussion game Mafia, creative workshops, quizzes, sport, board games, beach activities and a closing celebration.

Polyglot — 20–24 July 2026
A language and adventure programme where children practise spoken English through games, presentations and everyday communication rather than formal grammar lessons.

Olympic Games — 27–31 July 2026
A sport and recreation programme introducing a different activity each day, from football and relay races to hiking skills, while encouraging teamwork, leadership and confidence.

Hollywood — 10–14 August 2026
Children discover how films are made and try roles such as director, sound operator, screenwriter, make-up artist and actor.
