The Jūrmala Central Library is located in the Dubulti Culture District, created in 2018. The second floor of the library offers a spacious and bright space with glass walls that can be obscured, if needed. Free parking and Wi-fi are available. A projector is available in the premises and any other equipment can be installed after notifying the staff in advance. The premises are not suitable for events with food and drinks.
