Exhibition “Meeting in the Milky Way Galaxy” – Glass Art | Jūrmala Museum

Exhibition “Meeting in the Milky Way Galaxy – Glass Art” explores the connection between glass art and cultural heritage, inspired by the Milky Way ceiling painting of Ķemeri School. The exhibition brings together works by different artists, highlighting the diversity and symbolism of glass art.

Works include IRMA Collaborative glass installations and compositions, as well as the Līvāni Glass Centre collection “Glass Sensation,” created using traditional blown glass techniques.

Themes: human interaction, collaboration, and the dialogue between creative ideas and material.

Additional events include a lecture on architect Kārlis Cināts and the workshop “Wish Upon a Star.”
