Strauss 200 – A Golden Evening of Viennese Music | Dzintari Concert Hall Great Hall

A concert program “Strauss 200. A Golden Evening of Viennese Music” is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the great Austrian composer Johann Strauss.

The concert will feature outstanding soloists, dancers and a symphony orchestra, and both classical music lovers and those who want to enjoy a special cultural event in Jūrmala are invited to attend.

The program includes pieces from the “golden fund” of Johann Strauss’ music – the most famous waltzes, polkas and fragments of operettas, which for more than two centuries have embodied the lightness, joy of life and refined spirit of European culture. The evening is conceived as a musical journey to 19th-century Vienna, where music, dance and elegance create a unique atmosphere.

Guests of the event will be greeted by a red carpet, a glass of sparkling and refreshing drink for the first 200, as well as a photo corner, which will allow you to capture the festive atmosphere of the evening. The Dzintari Concert Hall will transform into an environment worthy of a Vienna Opera Ball this evening, where classical music meets the lightness of a summer evening.
