XXIII Kremerata Baltica Festival. Gidons Kremer and Kremerata Baltica. Vaskas 80, Ivanovas 120 | Dzintari Concert Hall

From September 11 to 13, the 23rd international KREMERATA BALTICA chamber orchestra festival ‘‘Jubilate Vijolissimo’’ will take place in Dzintari Concert Hall, which will simultaneously open the season of Gidons Kremer’s 80th and KREMERATA BALTICA’s 30th anniversary.

The concert on September 11 will feature KREMERATA BALTICA’s DEDICATION to Latvian composers and musicians. Jurģis Cābulis will take the KREMERATA BALTICA conductor’s podium for the first time, and pianist Reinis Zariņš and violinist Laura Zariņa will also perform together with Gidons Kremer and the soloists of KREMERATA BALTICA. Premieres of Jēkabs Jančevskas and Raivs Misjuns are also expected.
