Surrounded by pine-tree greenery, the "Wooden villa" apartments are located in Dzintari - Jurmala's tourism and nightlife centre. The apartments' enclosed territory creates an atmosphere of privacy, separating the guests from the city's noise. In the "Wooden Villa" courtyard there is a small children's playground and a guarded parking lot, designed for up to 12 automobiles. The two-story apartment building is a classic 19th century Jurmala architectural project, built in the style of National Romanticism.
